Shipping Costs

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Every order qualifies for complimentary shipping, regardless of size or value.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe

Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays and weekends.

Your complete delivery window is:

  • 1-2 business days for order processing
  • Plus 2-5 business days for shipping
  • Total estimated time: 3-7 business days from order placement

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within all over the world

Remote or rural areas may experience slightly extended delivery times beyond our standard 2-5 business day window. If your location requires additional transit time, the carrier will provide updated delivery estimates via the tracking information.

What's Not Covered

While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, please understand that certain circumstances are beyond our control:

  • Weather delays: Severe weather conditions may impact carrier operations and delivery schedules
  • Natural disasters: Events such as floods, earthquakes, or hurricanes may cause shipping disruptions
  • Carrier delays: Issues at carrier facilities, staffing shortages, or high-volume periods
  • National holidays: Deliveries are not made on recognized national holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information: Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned
  • Customs delays: [If applicable] International shipments may be delayed by customs processing

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors, but we will work with you and our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days of placing your order, once your package has been shipped.

To track your order:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation message
  2. Click the tracking link provided, or copy the tracking number
  3. Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number
  4. Monitor your package's progress in real-time

If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items from a single order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability at different warehouse locations. If this occurs:

  • You will receive multiple tracking numbers
  • All items still qualify for free shipping
  • Each shipment will arrive within the standard 2-5 business day timeframe from its ship date

Shipping Restrictions

The following items or destinations may have special shipping requirements or restrictions:

Delivery Issues

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery
  2. Look around your delivery location for packages left in a safe place
  3. Wait 24 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered slightly before actual arrival
  4. Contact us if the package doesn't appear within 24 hours of the "delivered" status

We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Once a package has shipped, we have limited ability to modify the delivery address, but we will do our best to assist.

Packages returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to reshipping fees.

Shipping Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team. After this window, your order may have already entered our processing queue, and we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday period), please allow additional processing and delivery time. While we strive to maintain our standard 2-5 business day shipping window, carrier volume may extend delivery times by 1-3 additional business days.

We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
